I'm hungry.
Good luck with the packin's.
Wow, you had a fabulous time, but those yummy goodies may try to stick to you (making clothes fit a bit more snug). But if I say so myself, I'd do the same thing with no regrets! (mmmm jelly beans!)
Um, your weekend sounds AWESOME!
Okay, the packing part I know isn't fun, but the food sounds divine.
Good luck with the next two weeks, I know you will be swamped!
Sounds all good to me...you will do better when you have more time.
Wow - damn PMS is right! It sounds like you had an awesome weekend. And continued luck on the packing part, I know that is no fun.
I had a much quieter weekend than you, but it was much needed. Can't believe it's Monday, already.
Happy Monday.
Three square wheels and the other one is in the ditch somewhere. The wagon itself must have been termite infested as it has completely disappeared. Not even enough of it to use as kindling for a real fire.
A new one is being built. Should be ready some time in August. We may be too heavy to even fit on the blasted thing by them.
I feel ya on the packing. not fun. Yeah, PMS will get you in the food department.
Prin, there is no more junk in the house. We ate it all. Sorry!
Daring, I figure if I snack all day and keep moving, the calories kinda slide off like water on a duck - right? right! :-D
Rebecca, I just want to be there and not have to wait and pack and wait some more, you know? Gaah!
Busy Bee, I'm being good today. Unless you count fresh cherries as junk food? LOL
Kathryn, did you cook anything? :-D
Curly, I hope the damn thing has a seat belt and airbags. I needs them.
Surfergirl, it's a woman's curse.
Myself, today's post will make it all right again ;-)
TD - I had a break from cooking this weekend. Today I'm back on duty, so to speak. So, I just popped some potatoes w/carrots in the oven to roast along with a meatloaf. :o)
Mmmmmeatloaf! :-D
Meatloaf was deeeelish, TD! I should send you some. LOL.
Ground meat (1 lb.), onions and mushrooms diced small, 1 beaten egg, 1/3 cup milk, 1 cup bread crumbs, oregano, salt and pepper. Mix gently - for whatever reason, you don't want to manhandle the meatloaf mix as you would meatballs. (Interesting sentence there). Bake in oven @ 425. Oh, and I put two slices of bacon on the top of the meatloaf prior to popping it in the oven for extree juiciness.
Ok, I just realized, should I have put that in your recipes blog?
