Complete crash down to mother earth. Probably the delightful mix of PMS and extreme fatigue simmering into a toxic soup, all I want to do is read a trash novel, drink beer and eat chips while in my jammies, and screw being healthy and reasonable. But. BUT. It's so hard to break down and allow myself to do that, cuz I know I'll feel like shit about it later. "must be disciplined", you know. Now I want chocolate cake with thick icing.
