How nasty is this?

I don't know what it is, I am not sure how I stumbled across this image while googling for other stuff last night... but here you go. Pretty frightening, innit? No wonder I get all sorts of freaks landing on my blog via searches for slutty bubblegum crotch licking panties... *help*
