The slow diaries

Oh dear - I keep forgetting to visit blogland and then the days fly by and I go and mess up my lower back again and spend days shuffling around like an old grannie in agony and then Vegas finally comes back from his business trip to help me but he's leaving again and I'm in a panic when I should be in a body brace and we're flooded with violent storms and my head hurts but my heart sings from the warm weather and bursts of sunshine and oh look baby freckles on my nose or am I just imagining things and that's it for now good night!
