- Not having a 9-to-5 office grind that depletes my soul
- A husband that makes me laugh every day
- The sound of evening frogs in the spring, and crickets in the summer
- A good hot cuppa tea on a rainy day
- Old friends that feel like home
- The sweet smell and feel of a warm horse neck
- Collecting glorious, fresh "hen fruit" every day from the nests
- Doggy kisses and wagging tails
- The sound of wind rustling through the trees around our house
- Walking outside without putting a coat on
- Getting magazines in the mail
- New followers on my blogs
- Finding one of my hubby's silly notes on the fridge
- Fresh clean bedsheets
- The perfect apple, sweet and crunchy
- A good night's sleep
- Having the most wonderful family and friends evar
- Feeling chilly under the stars after a hot sweltering day
My head's pounding today thanks to the unforgiving weather, but it will pass - I'm off to crunch some painkillers now and then go brush Big Daddy before getting on with chores and errands.
I sold our big old bulky houseplants last night - YAY! - so now that we have a big blank canvas to work with, I'm ready to go scout out some paint and finally decorate our living room / dining area combo. So exciting!

I adore your list of loves:)
Hope your head feels better soon...this weather has been crazy!
Decorating is exciting. Sorry about the headache. You have so much to be thankful for. Love your list. Hope your day goes well.
The little things are what make life so sweet! Love your list.
I hope you feel better...take care!
Ok, here's a present based on your blog followers. So you go into your gmail account, then click on the "reader". Then subscribe to your own blogs. Then you click on "trends". On the right, under "Subscription trends", click on the "Most Obscure" tab. Depending on how many blogs you follow, you might have to hit the "top 40" link at the bottom of the table. And then look for your blogs. Those are the secret readers you have no idea exist because they never show up on your stats because they read in the reader and you can't find out who they are. :D Sneaky, eh? Yes.
Oh, and I'm not sure whether that number includes followers or not. I think it might, but either way, it's not the same number as followers alone. *shrugs* (I don't have any followers on my dark and dreary blog, but I have subscribers. :D)
Prin, that IS sneaky! and yes those numbers are more encouraging - yey! merci :-D
My plaisir. *raises eyebrow suggestively* :D
What a great list xoxox
