Guys dont twist words - what a hurtful thing to say. We merely interpret things in the way that best suits our current point. We do this because we are at a disadvantage in an argument (or 'discussion' as women like to call it) since we can barely recollect the last point we made, let alone the reason why we made it. If we didn't evade and dissemble, we'd be screwed (or rather wouldn't be).
Not quite sure what you're doing with a fish. Or hook. You have to cast before you have a hope of catching something. And the bait has to be real juicy - a little maggot on a bent piece of wire really isn't going to do the trick (my ex-wife said the same thing)
You can't catch the water the fish is swimming in. As you said - you need to be outside of the immediate situation to see it for what it is. Best you stay happy with the minnows before Nessy comes and capsizes you.
This lake is evaporating into cloud and being carried away by the autumnal breeze.

PFFFT!!
Whatever women do, men have to do twice as often for it to be noticed.
And whatever women do is just "how it is" but whatever men do deserves endless praise and recognition. *rolls eyes*
you're absolutely right :) It's so refreshing to hear from women who finally get it...
*grin*
And it's so typical to see a guy twist the words as he pleases. Tsk.
*takes the fish hook out of the lip and throws this fish back*
hehe...

You wouldn't know what the fish reference is about because you're too involved. You have to be on the outside of the situation to understand.
And you're screwed either way, even without the evading and dissembling. You may as well fess up and get some points for honesty.
As long as I get screwed I'm happy
Currently I'm very happy ;)
Typical. Gentlemen don't kiss and tell.
*pulls the hook out of the lip and throws this fish back, with a look of confusion after catching the same fish twice, wtf?!*
Time to change lakes.

Enjoy the fish.
Well, that was interesting ladies and gentlemen! *cough cough* - moving along... LOL!
Phew. I'm glad you're forcing us to move along, because that last one was like a "tree in the forest making noise" type of mind blanker for me.
Was that even English?
*passes out in confusion*
As usual, the men win by ridiculous method.
