Dear Faithful Readers,

I'm afraid to bore you with all this chicken talk so I'll try to trim it down, however it's a huge part of my life right now so you'll have to bear with me for a while! Next month I hope to visit a dear friend in Nashville so that should give you a break from eggs-eggs-eggs, now that the weather seems to want to mellow out a bit I have to start cleaning up the property from winter debris - get ready for brown pics, LOL!

Anyhoo, that's it for today.

Oh, and I finally set eggs in my incubator after a long, patient wait and ten days of careful egg collection - please wish me luck, it's my first time and I'm so nervous and egg-cited! If all goes well chicks should hatch March 24th!
