I'm on a "no junk food" diet for the next few weeks.
I overdid it for most of the summer and I have to be reasonable now. I don't like sweating salty oil every time the temps spike - stupid summer, where did the warm dry breezy days of our youth go? What the hey is this muggy sauna crap?
OK, that's withdrawal for you right there.
I want my chocolate cake dammit.
And my cheesy poofs.
I don't want to sport a double chin or a spare tire around my waist, I don't want high blood pressure, high cholesterol or blocked arteries - gawd, getting old is hard enough with the wrinkles and grey hair, now I have to snack on tofu and orange peels?
Oh, ignore me.
It's just the PMS talking.
