...and the man comes home

Vegas is home soon and I have to get this place cleaned up - the dogs shed soooo much after their baths you can hardly see the floors, lol!

*swish swish swish*

Things a girl (maybe me, maybe not me) does when her man's away:

wear no bra nor makeup
snack all day (no fixed meals)
pee with the bathroom door open
sport bits of chicken bedding in her hair
have the TV channel set on HGTV from morning 'til night

Now, it may seem like all fun and games but really, does a person want to live like that all her life? The not having a car during this time is a bummer but on the other hand there is no money being spent by shopping so the deep debt ditch is stable... Um. Wait. Online bill payments. Sumbitch!

*pause to hoover the house and stuff*

I need a haircut, I look like a frazzled witch
even after attempting some sort of taming with the curling iron:

OK, time to go bake a batch of blueberry muffins (doo dah, doo dah) and tidy up the house since I have an hour or so left before Vegas arrives, all tired and man-hungry.

Sigh. All I want to do is go cuddle my horse and pet the chickens.

I must have a sickness?!
