I. Love. This. Weather.

I would marry it if I weren't already married to Vegas :-)

Farm life has been, well, farm life. Still no home for Big Daddy but he will have to be gone by end of the month, he keeps biting his field mate on the back and that sucks. Still working on renovating the barn, it seems never-ending but really, the finish line is very close - woo!

Vegas and I had THE most satisfyingly sweet gooey dessert the other day at this new restaurant we found: it's basically a big disk-shaped chewy fluffy donut shaped like a catcher's mitt, covered in loads of caramel sauce and holding a ball of vanilla ice cream, everything drizzled with chocolate syrup. Served warm, of course...

Oh - Em - Gee :-D

I'd eat one every day if I didn't care about fitting into my current wardrobe.

Or dying of a heart attack.

Time to go throw a load of laundry in the wash, clean out the chicken coops and enjoy what could possibly be the last day of warm sunshine until next spring.

What's on your menu?

Cleaning out the chicken coop - sounds fun! Wish I had a chicken coop... ("Mr Farmer! I need a chicken coop!")

Sorry about Big Daddy's aggressive behavior - he is being "the boss." Sucks for the smaller horse. Hopefully, he will find the right home very very soon...

Loved hearing about the dessert. Had to wipe the drool from my chin.

Glad your weather is well....I would marry ours too, but I am not into that whole multi-wife thing. :) But really, a few wives around here would NOT hurt.
I hope BD finds his forever home soon...
ummmmmmm dessert...it sounds sinful.

cant you put something on black's back to prevent the biting, like a blanket or a saddle?

what will happen to BD if you dont get an offer?

that desert sounds so yummy...

The dessert sounds yummy! I have nothing on the menu. I don't enjoy cooking like I use to, I hate the mess. My husband is out of town this week so I'm not even thinking about it.

That dessert sounds like the best Beavertail of all time. Love beavertails!
